The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK)

DEPARK establishes a robust connection between universities and businesses by means of its academic collaborative efforts with TÜBİTAK. DEPARK companies are granted access to mentorship, financing, and opportunities for academic collaboration for their research and development initiatives through TÜBİTAK support programs.

In this context, the knowledge of academics and the innovative vision of entrepreneurial companies are brought together, increasing the commercialization potential of scientific research. The funds and support mechanisms provided by TÜBİTAK contribute to the development of more joint projects within the DEPARK ecosystem, greater participation in national and international research networks, and the emergence of high value-added products.

This strategic collaboration enables not only the transformation of academic knowledge into societal benefit, but also the creation of a strong R&D ecosystem that serves Turkey’s science- and technology-based development goals.

Health Institutes of Turkey (TÜSEB)

DEPARK offers a specialized research environment in the disciplines of health sciences and biotechnology as a result of its partnerships with the Health Institutes of Turkey (TÜSEB). Academics and entrepreneurial companies within the DEPARK ecosystem develop initiatives that are focused on diagnostics, treatment, and preventive health solutions with the guidance and support of TÜSEB.

These collaborations enable research outputs to be transformed into societal benefits across a wide spectrum, from high-tech biomedical devices to innovative drug and vaccine studies. At the same time, they contribute to the emergence of new ventures aligned with national priorities in the health sector and to increasing Turkey’s visibility in the global health R&D ecosystem.

This strategic partnership with TÜSEB aims not only to develop new technologies, but also to create a sustainable innovation ecosystem that adds value to public health.
